Brief. Develop. Review. Deliver.

Four stages, the same on every project, whether it is a single view or a long-running collaboration. The aim is that you always know what is being made, what it will cost, and when it will arrive.

  1. 01

    Brief

We read the drawings, the references and the intent, then agree on scope, views, timeline and fee before anything is modeled.

    • Review of plans, elevations, references and any existing model
    • Clarifying questions on what is fixed and what is open
    • Fixed scope, deliverables, revision allowance and timeline in writing
  2. 02

    Develop

Scene development, materials, lighting and composition. You see clay and draft views early, so decisions happen on real images rather than descriptions.

    • 3D development from drawings or from your model
    • Material, furniture and lighting direction
    • Camera studies and draft views for comment
  3. 03

    Review

Feedback is gathered in structured rounds within the agreed allowance. Changes outside the scope are described and quoted before they start.

    • Markups and comments on draft views
    • Consolidated revision rounds
    • Final composition and content sign-off before rendering
  4. 04

    Deliver

Final rendering and post-production, delivered in the formats you need. The scene remains available for additional views later.

    • High-resolution final renders
    • Post-production and colour consistency across the set
    • Files prepared for presentation, print and web

From a first project to a lasting collaboration.

Many of our relationships do not end with a delivery. A client sends a first project, then a second, and at some point the question changes from “can you take this on” to “can you work with us every month”. We are built for that progression.

You keep ownership of the project and your client. We work to your standards, inside your review cycles, on the work you define, and bring our own creative perspective to it. The collaboration grows in steps, each one agreed before the next.

Commercial principles

  • Fixed project pricing against a written scope
  • Clear deliverables, timeline and revision allowance
  • Additional or out-of-scope work quoted before it starts
  • One point of contact from first call to final delivery
  • Your tools for markups and file exchange

New clients who want to test the working relationship can begin with a small paid pilot: one interior space or one exterior view, with one revision round. It may be credited toward a larger project.

Start a project.

Start with a short call, or write to us with drawings, references and a brief. We reply with scope, fee and timeline. A small paid pilot is available if you want to test the working relationship first.
