Nothing before the call. For a design project, a short brief, any plans that exist and references for the mood you have in mind are useful. For visualization, plans, elevations and sections, material references and any existing 3D model. A draft package is enough to quote.

Yes. Send it with the drawings. If it already has materials and lighting we render from it; if not, we prepare the scene first. Either way it is Architectural Visualization.

Yes. Architectural & Interior Design covers both creating a design from a brief and developing a concept you already have: layouts, interiors, mood boards, materials, lighting and details, until there is a clear direction.

Yes. We work within your design intent and bring our own creative judgment to it. The architect of record keeps responsibility for the building; we contribute the design and visualization work agreed for the project.

We quote fixed project fees based on scope, complexity, number of views, modeling and design requirements, timeline and revisions. There is no public price list and we do not bill by the hour by default.

Yes. A small paid pilot, typically one interior space or one exterior view with one revision round, establishes the workflow before a larger commitment.

Every quote states a revision allowance. Feedback is collected in structured rounds, on design proposals or on draft views before final rendering. Work beyond the allowance is quoted before it starts.

It depends on scope, complexity and how complete your inputs are. We confirm a timeline with the quote and flag anything that could affect it early.
